Abstract
The purpose of the study is to develop a tea culture program that encourages the youth to reflect themselves by experiencing various activities, and helps them to recognize their ability positively once they have finished the program successfully. The effectiveness of the program, then, was evaluated on the basis of statistical analysis. We had fourteen students for experiment group and the other fourteen for comparative group from Girls High School, located in BoRyoung, Chung-Nam Province. The survey was done once a week (90mins) during fall semester of 2008 and total twelve sessions. After the survey, we operated ANCOVA as a pre-inspection to see how the tea culture program was effective on emotional stability and self-efficacy. We also conducted the t-test to see significant differences between experimental and controlled group. The content analysis was performed to examine participant¡¯s reaction towards the effects of tea culture program. Finally, we could draw a conclusion that tea culture program does help the high school girls to enhance their emotional stability and self-efficacy. These results imply that the tea culture is very effective on strengthening their ability by promoting emotional instability in adolescence.
